What are your typical lead times?

Standard generic-range orders ship in 30–45 days from confirmed order and advance. Private-label first orders run 60–90 days from artwork approval. Tender and institutional consignments are scheduled against contractual delivery dates with production booked in advance.

Which payment terms do you accept?

Advance/TT for new relationships, irrevocable LC at sight for larger consignments, and structured credit terms for established partners with trading history. All terms are agreed in writing before order confirmation.

Yes, for partners who commit to registration investment and agreed annual volumes. Exclusivity is contractual, defined by product list and territory, and reviewed against performance annually.

Can I launch my own brand instead of distributing yours?

Absolutely — that is our private-label program. We manufacture under your trademark with your artwork, support brand registration in your market, and contractually protect your SKUs in your territory.

Who holds the product registrations in my country?

You do, as the local marketing-authorization holder. The registrations are your commercial asset; we supply the manufacturer documentation and technical support behind them.

Do you sell to individual patients or retail pharmacies?

No. Probity Global Pharma is a B2B export company. We supply licensed importers, distributors, hospitals, government agencies and NGOs — not individual consumers.

Which Incoterms do you quote?

CIF and CFR to your port are most common; FOB Indian port and EXW are available where you run your own freight. Door-delivery (DAP/DDP) is possible in selected markets through our logistics partners.

Qualified reefer containers or validated passive packaging depending on volume and lane, calibrated data loggers in every consignment, pre-conditioning validated against the lane's worst-case temperature profile, and the complete temperature record delivered with the goods.

Yes — we coordinate SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or buyer-nominated inspection at the factory or consolidation point, and build inspection time into the delivery schedule so it never surprises the timeline.
