Two decades in pharmaceutical exports, beginning on the regulatory desk of a top-ten Indian generics exporter. Ashraf founded Probity on a simple observation: most export failures are documentation failures, and documentation is a discipline you can build a company around.
Director — Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Pharmacologist and former plant quality head with 18 years across sterile and oral-solid manufacturing. Anita leads facility audits, dossier strategy and the QA systems that stand behind every Probity shipment.
Director — International Business (MEA)
Based between Dubai and Ahmedabad, Karim has built distribution networks in fourteen African and Middle Eastern markets. He leads regional partnerships, tender strategy and key institutional accounts.
Head — Supply Chain & Logistics
Priya ran export logistics for a major Indian injectables manufacturer before joining Probity. She owns lane planning, cold-chain validation and the delivery performance our contracts commit to.
